I have been baking for family and friends for over 20 years and decided it was time to share that love and creativity. You may notice the "Baking with P.O.T.S and Pans" tagline. I have a medical condition called P.O.T.S. which can make things interesting at times. Baking is an outlet for me, empowers me to keep pushing and enjoying life!
Our daughter Lorelai is currently attending the Iowa Culinary Institute. She is always up for a challenge in trying new flavors and techniques. We love trying everything she brings home!
My husband is the jack of all trades. Whether it is cleaning up the beautiful messes we make or delivering orders, he does it with a smile. He also excels at being a new item taste tester.
